This project was a part of the e-Yantra Robotics Competition 2021, which is hosted by the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay every year
The theme for the competition was Agriculture, and the problem statement was to design a robot that can autonomously move across a specified map, and detect fruits/vegetables that are ripe/consumer-ready using computer vision and AI, and retrieve it using a mechanical grabbing arm
The robot was to be designed using ROS and Gazebo, and the simulation was to be done in the Gazebo Simulator
This is a long range AI based IoT system for border security, which uses a combination of LoRa and WiFi to transmit data from the sensors to the base station, and uses computer vision and AI to detect and classify objects in the vicinity of the sensors
This is a part of my Dissertation Project for my Bachelors Degree titled 'TCAD SIMULATION AND INVESTIGATION OF FERROELECTRIC FIELD EFFECT TRANSISTORS (FeFETs) FOR MEMORY APPLICATIONS WITH KEYSIGHT ADS MODEL USING VERILOG-A', and deals with the automation of the data extraction and processing from the TCAD simulation files, and the manipulation of the data to be used in the Verilog-A model
